K.M. Asif Ahmed (Asif Deals) is the Managing Director of Deals Group of Companies, entrepreneur, and social worker. He is also the chairman of “B-Human”, an NGO operating in and around Mangalore, Dakshina Kannada.

Early Life and Career

Mr. K.M. Asif Ahmed was born on 29th October, 1971 to parents K.A. Bawa and K. Mariyam at Bunder, Mangalore. A few decades back, the Beary community was largely engaged only in a small set of businesses such as scrap, fishing, and daily labor work. Few understood the importance of education and Mr. K.A. Bawa was one among them. After pursuing his BA degree, he started working as an accountant with a firm named Kalltra run by Abdul Khader Haji. Mr. K.M. Asif Ahmed is his eldest son and he has 5 younger brothers and 2 younger sisters. Being a prompt supporter of education, Mr. K.A. Bawa believed that education is the key to success. Mr. Asif completed his primary education at St. Ann’s Mangalore followed by his high school and Pre- University education at St. Aloysius College, Mangalore.

He had a number of part time jobs during his high school years. After PUC, Mr. Asif joined evening college to help his father support his family. He started working as an accountant at Blue Marine Fisheries Company, Bunder. During his college years, he met Mr. U.T. Khader who later on turned out to his b and role model. There were a lot of elite students attending college during this time. Mr. Asif got along with a lot of them and in no time, established co After pursuing his B. Com degree, he started a small vehicle rental office Deals. Later on, he moved to KSA and handed his vehicle rental office to his siblings. He started working as a salesman in a Marlboro cigarettes Company and got promoted to an area manager. He then resigned and started working as a Manage FMCG Company. After 11 years of experience, he returned to India with a bigger goal and took over his old vehicle rental office and established a trans contract. He then signed a contract with the TATA group and the deal was to work under chassis transportation. This was the turning point of his life. Th new to him and he had to face a lot of difficulties in the beginning. He lost a lot of money due to theft of vehicles in North India while transporting. It was never give up attitude and friends circle who supported him to get through the hard times of his life. After a while, the company started improving in ma and started receiving various contract offers from many reputed companies. This resulted in the establishment of Deals Properties.

Deals Properties includes real estate, civil projects, construction and interiors. Later on, he started the Deals Innovaves interiors specializing in interior designing. Started Deals Builders and Developers. After working for a while, he went to KSA and established the Deals Solution Arabia Company LTD which deals trading and renting equipment. Later on, he started a company specialized in oil trading named Biz Ventures at Dubai followed by G3 Solutions along w partners in the Middle East. Today, Deals Group is a reputed company in the Middle East as well as South India. This is the result of Mr. Asif Ahmed’s in hard work, adaptability, Commitment, Honesty and faith that made him lead his legacy towards excellence.

Social Contributions

Mr. Asif Ahmed is a football lover and the Vice President of Azariya Football Club and the president of JIM football club. He established the Brothers Uc football club to help the players of Uchila to play in Mangalore through D.K. Football Association. Deals Asif and his team is well known in Mangalore du services towards humanity. Inspired by father’s charity work and Mr. Khasim Ahmed founder of Hidayah Foundation, he joined Hidayah foundation and visited coastal areas of Karnataka heart broke when he saw the condition of the poor villagers struggling due to poverty, hunger, diseases and several other factors. He relentless engaged in social welfare programs since 2008 and in the year 2006, he started an NGO named ‘B-Human’ supporting people regardless of any boundaries is his dedication, hardworking nature, and social concern that has made Mr. Asif the man he is today.

Vision

Mr. Asif Ahmed believes in the power of youth education and talent of the present generation. He believes that the youth should be given sufficient back up and opportunities to express their ideas, talent and thoughts in order to build their dream and finally emerge as successful entrepreneurs. He also wishes to more of excellent educational institutions in Mangalore to provide quality education and motivate the young generation to enroll in administrative sectors IPS, and more.
