Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary founded & spearheaded the Bearys Group in 1981. It is his passion for excellence and steadfast focus on exceeding customer expectations that has undoubtedly transformed Bearys Group into a vertically integrated property development and construction management company.  Triple ‘E’ – Entrepreneurship, Environment and Education sums up the group’s spirit & is the foundation of all its endeavours.

Entrepreneurship

As an Entrepreneur he founded the Bearys Group with a humble beginning as a real estate agent. While ‘Delivering excellence. Consistently’ is the Groups motto, Bearys Group is today a large conglomerate with 7 different business verticals ranging from property development, Infrastructure & Construction engineering, Facility Management, Project Management Consultancy, Retail and now successfully entered the global market as ‘Bearys Global’with its maiden venture ‘His Grace’ the first vertical sky garden in Dubai.

Impelled by his thought leadership, Bearys has pioneered ‘Design-Build-Deliver’ – a unique value proposition. Under the DBD model the focus is on High performance projects where stringent quality, cutting-edge technology, speedy delivery, and architectural high are of critical importance. This singular competitive advantage has made Bearys the preferred partners for development of Data Centre Parks, Lab Spaces, R&D Parks, Campus Developments to renowned clients such as NTT-Japan, Microsoft, L’Oreal, Schneider Electric, Canadian Standard Associates among others.    Under the DBD model, Bearys have already delivered 5 large Data Centres and equal numbers are under construction in Navi Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad and is recognized as one of the largest Data Centre Developer in India today.

Environment

From inception Bearys focus has always been ‘Green Architecture and Sustainable Development’. The Group’s flagship project Bearys Global Research Triangle (BGRT) is India’s First LEED Platinum R&D Park and is envisioned akin to the world renowned “Research Triangle Park” (RTP) of North Carolina, U.S.A. This benchmark project has been widely acclaimed by both industry and academia for its seamless connectivity, creative workplace & contemporary business lifestyle.

To the Groups credit is the World’s First Net Zero Place of Worship where the total energy requirements are met through hybrid renewable energy both wind and solar. Bearys is perhaps the only developer in India to have 9 IGBC/ LEED Platinum certified projects to its credit. Bearys are at the forefront of leading the green building movement in India and are taking huge steps towards achieving the net zero challenge in all their developments.

Education

In the Bearys success story, education has always taken the centre stage.

What was established in 1906 by his great grandfather in a remote hamlet, Kodi, Kundapur has now grown into 20+ institutions, 5500+ students, from Primary to collegiate level including Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT), Bearys Enviro-Architecture Design School (BEADS) and BIT Polytechnic in Mangalore. B.Ed, D.Ed, PUC & degree colleges in Kodi and the recent addition of PU college in Mangalore.

Going forward, his endeavour is to establish Bearys Global University based on Absolute Truth, Implicit Trust, and Societal Happiness.

Mr. Beary’s larger dream is to make India Fully Literate, Housing Affordable and above all to Build India Truly Green.
