The organization has achieved several milestones:
1) It successfully brought together the Beary community in Bangalore under the common identity of being one community, transcending differences in political affiliations and organizational memberships.
2) In a tragic incident where three youths from Belthangadi were brutally murdered in Tumkur, the organization responded. They arrived at the scene, coordinated with the police department and politicians, conducted the last rites, facilitated the expedited processing of forensic reports, and ensured the bodies were sent to the families without delay.
3) The organization has raised awareness among Beary youths and families in Bangalore regarding their voting rights. They have educated voters from DK district about the importance of participating in elections.
4) Efforts have been made to engage with Beary individuals employed in private organizations. Discussions were held with their employers to grant them leave to vote during elections.
5) To facilitate higher voter turnout, the organization arranged approximately 30 free buses to transport people to the polling stations, consequently contributing to an increase in the overall voting percentage.
6) The organization advocated for a meeting with the state election officer to propose granting a holiday on election day for employees of private institutions, aiming to ensure widespread participation in the electoral process.
The organization has outlined several future projects:
1) Encouraging every member of the Beary community in Bangalore to become a part of the Bearys Central Committee, aiming for comprehensive representation and unity within the community.
2) Establishing sub-associations within the organization, focusing on individuals working in various sectors or departments.
3) Organizing training programs for Beary community members conducted by experts. These training sessions will equip individuals with valuable skills, knowledge, and resources to empower them personally and professionally.
