Bearys Welfare Forum, Abu Dhabi (BWF), is an informal forum of Beary Community of Coastal Karnataka residing in U.A.E. and has been rendering tireless services to the society since its formation in 2004.

Our main objective

• Mass Marriage of underprivileged, over aged and orphan girls in the community. We have taken the task of easing of one of the most severe problems facing the community- unmarried girls.
• BWF Shouchalaya Project – Completed and handed over 153 Toilets under this program in various parts of South Kanara
• Medical Help, and Provided Wheel Chair to the needy
• Food Kit Distribution during Ramadan
• Scholarship Distribution
• Medical Help
• Providing Food Kits and arranging repartition Flights during calamities like COVID
• Apart from the above charity activities we are arranging in social and Sorts activities like Iftar Get Together, BBQ Parties, Social Gatherings, Picnic, Sports competitions and other activities.

Our charity and other Services rendered

• 126 Couples Wedlock through 8 Mass marriages conducted by BWF at a total cost of around Rupees 4 Crores.
• BWF- Shouchalaya Project – 153 toilets built under this project at a cost of Rs.25 Lakhs
• Wheel Chair provided to the needy
• Medical Health provided in collaboration with other charity organizations.
• 11,000 meals served during COVID epidemic.
• Monetary support rendered to Social Organizations.
• Arranged repartition flights during COVID epidemic in association with Embassy of India
• Food kits distributed during Ramadan
• Conducted Blood donation camp with sisterly social organizations. BWF has supported deserving students in the avenues of education & health. The Forum has conducted Sports, Cultural & religious programs for NRIs back home in the UAE Region. To add to the list of activities, BWF has conducted Career Guidance & Social Awareness Seminars.

Apart from the above charity activities we are arranging in social and Sorts activities like Iftar Get Together, BBQ Parties, Social Gatherings, Picnic, Felicitation programs to achievers, Sports competitions and other activities.

Future Plans

• To continue and enhance our prevailing charity and social activities
• To form and establish a wing of BWF at Mangalore
• We have been working in the fields of education and health and we have many long term ambitious plans in this area.
