The organization’s journey began with Sirajuddin Parladka’s serendipitous meeting in Dubai with Mr.Saif Sultan and Mr. Sharif Abbas Valal, orchestrated by social media connections.

What started as a WhatsApp group on 21 March 2018, when a few friends like Beary Zulfi, Sarfraz Valal, Jaapu Savanur, Absali, Imran Addoor, Naushad M.K, who took part in the first friendship party held at Sirajuddin Parladka’s residence when he came to native to further strengthen the friendship he had developed with Sharif Valal and Saif Sultan, has evolved into a close-knit family, united by face-to-face interactions and a commitment to authentic relationships. Coastal Friends Mangalore, now registered and took shape of an organization has grown into a family of several friends each of whom have met each other face to face.

The specialty of this group and the qualification to be a part of this family of friends is that they must know each other and meet face to face. By that, real friendship of friendship should be developed. Which means there is no scope for fake friendship here.

In 2023, the organization pioneered “Santhwana Sanchara,” a compassionate endeavour to uplift special patients through therapeutic outings, demonstrating a profound empathy for the marginalized in society. One of their major philanthropic initiatives includes provision of 25 medical beds owned by Coastal Friends Mangalore (R), to the patients across the district as and when the need arises.
