Mohamed Ali Uchil Honoured with Dakshina Kannada District Rajyotsava Award 2025

Prominent community leader and entrepreneur Janab Mohamed Ali Uchil, President of Bearys Welfare Forum, Abu Dhabi, has been conferred the Dakshina Kannada District Rajyotsava Award 2025 in recognition of his outstanding contributions to social service and community development.

The award was presented by District In-charge Minister Shri Dinesh Gundu Rao during the Kannada Rajyotsava celebrations held in Mangaluru on November 1, 2025, in the presence of MLAs, Members of the Legislative Council, and other distinguished guests.

Born in Someshwar Uchil, Mangaluru, to G.M. Hassainar and Aysha, Mohamed Ali Uchil completed his early education at Bovis Elementary School and Government Fisheries High School, Someshwar Uchil, before graduating from St. Aloysius College, Mangaluru.

A highly respected professional, he serves as Director and Partner of Skiltec Human Resources Consultancy, Abu Dhabi. Beyond his professional achievements, Uchil has played a significant role in strengthening Beary community institutions and promoting cultural unity among Kannadigas in the Gulf region.
