Fathima Raliya is the daughter of Abdul Rasheed and Aisha, residing in Perne, Bantwal taluk.

She is a distinguished writer whose literary prowess is evident through her published works such as ‘Kadalu Nodalu Hodavalu’, ‘Odeyalarada Odapu’, and ‘Avala Kalu Soladirali’. Her remarkable talent has been acknowledged with prestigious awards like the Lankesh Award, Avva Award, Mogaveera Sahitya Prashasthi, Samajamukhi Katha Prashasthi, and Bendre Kavya Prashasthi.

Her essay, ‘Bharavase Huttisuva Chiru Bhayya‘, not only reflects her intellectual depth but also holds a place of importance in the academic realm, being part of the BBA syllabus at Bangalore University.

She won first place in the “Sudha Yugadhi prabandha Spardhe 2020“, underscoring her remarkable talent as a writer.
